CCCNA, formed by CIABC in 2006, is Canada's National Association of Organisation Mondiale Coiffure. You must be a member of CCCNA to compete nationally and internationally in an OMC competition. If you are a member of an affiliated association you will receive a discount on membership to CCCNA. Juniors, seniors, and individuals can compete. Evaluation competitions are held to select members for these teams.

CIABC offers sponsorship and training for Member schools and students for Hair, Esthetics and Nails. Sponsorship includes products for training and competition, mannequins, expenses for National Competition and administration costs.

On February 26th 1998, the government of New Brunswick introduced and passed the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick Act. This new Act encompasses all aspects of the beauty industry including mandatory licensing under one organization. The Association is a non-profit organization with a mandate to promote and improve the education and training of its members and to maintain efficient and sanitary service and facilities for the public.
